Kevin Hardman - Partner
Kevin is known throughout the industry as a Glass Nerd. He's a fourth-generation glazier whose passion for the craft runs deeper than most people’s careers. He began installing glass at just ten years old, learning alongside his grandfather, father, and uncles. Those early years built the foundation for his lifelong obsession with precision, design, and doing things the right way.
After decades in the field, Kevin’s expertise covers every side of glazing you can think of. From heritage restoration to advanced architectural systems. He understands how products fit, perform, and age because he has installed and inspected them all.
His dedication to craftsmanship earned him Custom Glazier of the Year 2024 by Glazier Nation and the respect of builders and architects across the West Coast.
Kevin doesn’t just work with glass, but he studies it, talks about it, and finds new ways to make it better. It’s a lifelong pursuit to him.
Josh Kelley - Partner
Josh grew up in construction, learning the process from the ground up. He's the son of a custom home builder; he spent his early years framing, cutting, and setting complex rooflines before moving into window and door installation.
His background gives him a unique understanding of how every architectural element connects and why precision matters long before the glass goes in.
Over the years, Josh built his reputation as one of Northern California’s premier installers. His work is known for its accuracy, clean execution, and unmatched attention to detail. The kind of detail that led him to create custom 1/64-inch shims to achieve the exact fit he wanted.
For Josh, perfection is the standard.
